Job Description

We are currently working with a leading customer engagement platform who are looking for a Customer Success to join their UK team based predominately in their HQ in Chester. Their software gives marketers an insight into consumer behaviour which allows implementation of targeted and personalised campaigns across multiple channels.

The CSM will be responsible for a portfolio of around £1.2M (around 5 accounts) and will act as the first point of contact for these accounts. You will be involved in review and strategy meetings to inform clients on campaign performance, to identify additional campaign opportunities and to make recommendations, targeted on retention, satisfaction and up sell opportunities.

Key Requirements:
*3-5 years' experience within SaaS
*Ideally some experience within Marketing Tech
*Comfortable liaising with CMO's & Heads of Marketing
