The Company
Our Client provides a Customer Data Platform and allows for Real-time decision making for customized Marketing strategies. Their multi-channel Campaign Management Platform allows their clients to send out CRM based marketing campaigns via a number of channels including email, social media, mobile, online, contact centres and offline channels. The company is an established start-up who are continuing to grow their customer population and are constantly working on their technology and have a few very exciting features to be released soon.
The Job
The Customer Service Manager will be required to help with the growth of new accounts with a major focus on customer satisfaction, retention and up-selling opportunities. You will be working along with another CSM/AM, as well as a number of developers and tech consultants. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for some of the major clients, with a total portfolio value of around £1.2M.
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience selling software
  • Can be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable dealing with CMO, Heads of Marketing as well as day to day users
  • Background in Marketing tech will be beneficial
