The Company
We are currently recruiting a market leader in Talent Assessment space who are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. They offer a more in depth assessment tool by understanding customer's business requirements and supporting individuals in identifying their strengths creating a more united, motivated and productive workforce. They work with individuals to seek out their next career move and work with clients across the entire employee life cycle.
The Role
The CSM will be tasked with ensuring impeccable client satisfaction with some of their key accounts. My client already works with a large number of the FTSE 100, the focus of this role is to ensure these high value clients are getting the most out of their assessments, and remain long term, loyal clients.
Key Requirements
*Assessment/training software experience
*3+ years Customer Success experience
*Track record of success
*Consultative approach
