Job Description

A global leading provider of applicant tracking software for staffing and recruitment enterprises is looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join their growing team in the UK. Their product is a complete talent acquisition and management solution. They have seamlessly combined a powerful ATS and CRM application that is able to effectively integrate and synchronize with all major job boards and VMS providers.

As Business Development Manager, you will be tasked hunting for new business opportunities across the UK, but will be based from the office. This will be a quota carrying role that will see you initiating and closing business right up to Enterprise VP, Director and C-level. You should be comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team, and have the desire to succeed in this challenging yet rewarding environment.

Key Requirements:
*3+ years SaaS sales experience is essential
*Experience of selling a Recruitment software or similar is preferred
*Hunter mentality
*Experience in an enterprise sales environment is a must
