We are currently working with an exciting start-up who provide a truly innovative graduate recruitment app. Working closely with top multi-national enterprise companies who have large intern/graduate schemes they provide a mobile app that efficiently connects them with today's student/graduate population. Differentiating themselves from the competition by effectively connecting with graduates in a world where easily accessible mobile technology is at the forefront of everything they do. Pre-IPO and just about to finalise a large round of funding.
As a Business Development Manager you will be working closely with the lead generation team, to follow up on their qualified leads. These leads will need to be validated by yourself and feedback given to the SDR's where appropriate. You will need to demonstrate an effective sales strategy that has proven results in your sales career. A lot of time will be spent selling into 'C-suites' of large enterprise companies and so good experience of this is a must. For your first year you will be targeted on closing 20 deals.
- 3+ years B2B experience, ideally selling software
- Constantly improve strategy and technique when appropriate
- Able to effectively work autonomously and as part of a team
- Driven to succeed and constantly improve
