Job Description

We are currently working with a rapid-growing software company that provides a solution that compiles market data and helps to find and validate off-market commercial property opportunities. As well as this, their award-winning software solution allows users to upload their own data. They are offering a very generous commission structure where you will receive a percentage of every sale you make from day one.

This client is seeking a Business Development Manager who will be a pure new business hunter, growing alongside the company, joining a team of 15 in London. You will be selling to property agents, developers, senior investors and lawyers/accountants. You will be working towards a £130K target in year 1 and dealing with £5-25K order values, managing the whole 360 sales cycle.

Key Requirements:
- 1+ years' sales experience in B2B or SaaS.
- Able to generate new business over the phone.
- Interested in property and/or data.
- Technical knowledge and the ability to translate information to clients.
- Proof of performing consistently against targets.
