Job Description

We are currently working with the developer of the leading software service that finds and validates off-market commercial property opportunities. They are offering a generous commission structure where you will receive a percentage of every sale you make from day one.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be a hunter for new business to help grow the company, joining a team of 15 in London. You will be expected to generate your own leads and see them to the close, selling to property agents, developers, senior investors and lawyers/accountants.

Key Requirements:
- 2 years' sales experience in B2B or SaaS.
- Able to generate new business over the phone.
- Interested in property and/or data.
- Technical knowledge and the ability to translate information to clients.
- Proof of performing consistently against targets.
