The Company
My Client's global business is growing rapidly, they leverage commercial property data and technology to help and transform commercial real estate. Their PropTech solution enables property professionals to find and validate off market deals, search for comparable transactions, assess planning applications and discover who is buying and selling assets, all in a simple to use interface.

The Role
This is an Individual Contributor role that will see you focused on hunting for new Logos across the UK Commercial Property market - selling their SaaS platform to commercial property agents, developers, investors and their industry advisors.

Working toward a new business target of £130K in year 1, you'll be signing-off deals between £5K-£25K. You won't be micromanaged and you won't have a working style imposed on you. Whilst the business is well established in many countries, in the UK the team gets to operate like a start-up and you'll be part of a growing team that currently stands at 15. You will be comfortable taking control of the full 360 sales process.

Key Requirements:
*2+ years' experience selling B2B or SaaS.
*An interest in property and/or data
*Passionate about your work with a track record of hitting sales targets
*Energetic, self-starters
*You're bold- no fear of picking up the phone and hunting your own leads
