The Company

We are recruiting for an exciting business intelligence company who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a diverse team. The company provide a web-based and subscription based intelligence for acquisitions and mergers. They are based in Central London and currently have a sales team of 24.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business within the EMEA region, specifically the UK, France and Iberia. This includes sourcing leads, prospecting, negotiations and closing the new business. You will be ensuring the renewals and growth of all accounts for their first year of subscription. This role provides the exciting opportunity for individuals wishing to gain an insight into the world of mergers, acquisitions and private equity. You will be working toward a target of £35K in new business per month working with an average order value of £12K-£15K.

Key Requirements

*2+ years in new business subscription sales
*Understanding and experience of SaaS is an advantage
*Consultative sales to financial, legal and banking sector is ideal
*French speaking, interest/knowledge of M&A space or experience selling into financial sector are all advantages to the role
