A fast growing company which provides conversion optimization and website personalization solutions for the Ecommerce sector is looking for an exceptional BDR to join their London team. The company's main focus is on Customer Journey Optimisation (CJO) and is about enhancing every online user experience. They are a top 500 Tech company and have over 1000 clients. The company have a strong global presence with additional offices are in America and Australia. Looking for highly motivated, target driven individuals who will fit into this fast-paced, rapidly growing start-up company to help them to continue to grow.
As Business Development Rep, your responsibilities will be to identify and create new qualified leads in medium-sized companies and large enterprises to help grow and develop new business within London. Key verticals for the company include Retail and Ecommerce. You will be required to work with the appropriate Sales team members and assign them qualified meetings. As BDR you will be tasked with generating 15 meetings per month in addition to other daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
A successful candidate will be required to:
- Have at least 6 months experience of cold calling and lead generation within B2B.
- Demonstrate resilience
- Be target driven and highly motivated.
- Be focussed to generate new business
- Experience in the Tech sector will be beneficial.
This is a very exciting opportunity for a hungry BDR, who is highly motivated to add to a well-established company. The successful candidate will receive a competitive package with a base salary of £27-30K, plus £15K uncapped commission.
