Job Description

A market leading provider of customer experience insight and consultancy is looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join their growing sales team. With three key tools with performance benchmarking, customer satisfaction measuring and employee engagement, the company know it takes to become the best in class customer service operation.

As Business Development Manager, you be responsible for the full sales cycle, from making initial contact with target companies and controlling the entire process through to close. Working in a field sales capacity, you will work towards a new business revenue target of circa £500K, selling to Contact Centres across all verticals. You will use your experience within value based consultancy sales to manage relations with partners and subcontractors.

Key Requirements for the role are:
*A minimum of 2 years' new business sales experience
*Field sales experience is preferred
*Experience selling to Contact Centres or similar is a big plus
*Experience selling SaaS or consultancy is also an advantage
*An ability to work autonomously
*A superb track record of achieving and surpassing new business targets
