The Company:

My client is a top-tier provider of advanced real estate tech solutions, dedicated to boosting workspace efficiency. Their expertise lies in delivering state-of-the-art IoT solutions to leaders in workspace, CRE, and facilities management.

As they expand they are looking for a proactive Account Executive to join their team, focusing on driving technology adoption through strategic channel partnerships and collaboration with real estate integration partners.

The Role:
  • Cultivate relationships with key channel partners, including PropTech technology partners, facility management firms, and system integrators.
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies, such as joint sales initiatives, to boost revenue and market penetration.
  • Proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities in the UK, Nordics, and EU, driving the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Guide clients through the advantages of our IoT technology solutions, customizing offerings to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with partners to seamlessly integrate our technology into their customer-facing solutions.
  • Support partners in specific opportunities, introducing product innovation to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Generate regular reports on regional sales performance and provide forecasts to the leadership team.

Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales within the real estate sector.
  • Background in selling SaaS solutions with a focus on IoT sensors/hardware is highly advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends and challenges in the workspace industry.
  • Proficient in negotiation and adept at building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within virtual teams.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce CRM and expertise in Account Based Planning.
