My client are a leading provider of Intelligent Facilities Management software. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join their growing team. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Account Executive ready to elevate their career to a Senior level, taking full ownership of the Mid-Market segment for the UK & Ireland.

The Role:
  • Develop and nurture a strong pipeline within the Facilities Management sector.
  • Implement a proven strategy, efficiently utilising resources to navigate the sales process from inception to successful closure.
  • Take a proactive approach to drive upselling and expansion opportunities with existing customers, actively participating in Customer Success initiatives such as renewals and elevating customer engagement.
  • Actively participate in industry events and represent them at their annual customer event, fostering valuable connections and relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the global Product Management team, offering insights and assisting in the design of features to enhance user experience and contribute to roadmap planning.
  • Perform weekly CRM forecasting and meticulously manage the sales pipeline.
  • Engage with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring effective communication and fostering relationship-building.
  • Supervise the coordination of trials and pilots in partnership with Customer Onboarding Engineers.

Key requirements:
  • A track record of at least 5 years demonstrating consistent success in Market Development and SMB Account Executive roles.
  • Preference for experience in a high-growth Software as a Service (SaaS) sales environment.
  • Proven expertise in navigating multi-stage negotiation processes.
  • Capability to construct tailored business cases for each prospect's unique scenario.
  • Possesses charisma, objectivity, and adept interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates a persuasive attitude with high proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Proactive and autonomous, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Disciplined approach to following a structured sales process and maintaining our internal CRM system.
