Role and Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Lead project meetings, set agendas, and facilitate discussions to drive project progress and decision-making.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for handling customer escalations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

  Qualification and Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrates stability; reliability; continuity, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Collaborative, working across the company to deliver the best possible user experience
