Founded in 2006 by Damian Eyre, Saleslogic was created to offer companies a sustainable business offering focused on quality candidates, rapid delivery, and lasting relationships. From the start, we’ve prioritised customer satisfaction and quality matches. Our team diligently develops working relationships with clients, striving to deliver first-class service in every aspect.
April 2007
We hired our first member of staff, Paul Abercrombie, who went on to collaborate with our client Bazaarvoice, where we successfully placed 60 candidates over a decade of partnership.
2008
We had our first European placement in Germany and later that year, France
Summer 2013
Our initial hiring of graduates included Ben Gowing and Peter Brooks, both of whom are still integral members of the team a decade later.
2015
We achieved a record number of placements.

We had our first global placements in Australia and the US.

In addition to Sales, we expanded to span a diverse range of roles, covering Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Marketing.

Damian has been working in recruitment for over 25 years, and founded Saleslogic in 2006 to create a recruitment company with a reputable reputation that continued to innovate and move with the times. His favourite part of the job is seeing individuals thrive.
Outside of work, he loves sports, is a keen golfer and is a West Ham supporter.

Ben has been with Saleslogic for over a decade, joining straight from University in 2013.
He is proud to create long-lasting relationships with technology companies around the globe, helping them scale at speed. Over the years he’s made placements with companies in the UK, Israel, France, Germany, Holland, Australia and the US to name a few!
A lover of all things sport, Ben plays hockey and golf and is an avid follower of Norwich City Football Club.

Guy has a particular knack for identifying and headhunting hard-to-find talent.
He describes himself as “a fine claret getting better with age: Right bank, finesse, perfumed aromas of cassis, floral notes, and earthiness, finishing with fantastic length, best paired with red meat and game.”
When he’s not interviewing potential candidates, he’s in his allotment, on the terraces or trying to reason with the unreasonable.
Craig is the newcomer to the Saleslogic team and comes with a wealth of SaaS Sales recruitment experience.
Craig is commercially minded, resilient and always works towards the collective goal, whether for Saleslogic, his clients or his candidates
In his own time, he can be found studying for his Business Degree, working on his house or out in the wild with his Wolf-Hybrid dogs.

When he’s not wowing our candidates with his amazing service, he’s either playing Assassin’s Creed, sipping spicy margaritas or hitting the slopes (or waves, anything with a board really)
Elena has over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment and HR world. Working on a global basis she has helped both small start up’s and global enterprises scale their teams as well as offering invaluable advice and consultancy. Her experience in the Tech world covers all of Europe as well as the US. Elena’s engaging and positive approach makes her highly valued with both clients and the internal team.
