The Company:
My client are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Account Specialist to spearhead growth and maintain strong client partnerships in the Italian market. This position provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking organization specializing in innovative HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement solutions for the life sciences industry.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in consultative, relationship-focused B2B sales within the pharmaceutical, consumer health, or medical device sectors. A demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets in a dynamic and competitive environment is essential.
The Role:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the Italian market.
- Identify key prospects and opportunities within pharmaceutical, consumer health, and medical device sectors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distribution partners to maximize market reach.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
- Expand the client base by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing strong relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell by understanding client needs and providing customized solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solutions with their goals and challenges.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to foster engagement.
- Leverage digital tools and data-driven strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on performance and market trends.
- Proven track reccord of B2B sales in the Italian market with Life Sciences or healthcare industries?
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably focused on the Italian market and within the life sciences or healthcare industries.
- Strong understanding of HCP engagement platforms, digital health innovations, or data-driven projects tailored for life sciences organizations.
- Fluency in Italian, with excellent command of English for professional communication.
- A solid history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals in a competitive environment.
