Salary for this role is: £50K as a base salary, plus management Bonus and Commission


The Client

We are working a company who provide a mobile application which on one side, allows businesses to promote their up and coming events. And on the other side, allows customers to search for the event and see if it's something them and their friends want to attend. With that, they can then buy tickets or make a reservation through the app.

This app is booming, not just in the UK, but across Europe and the states as well.


The Role

Your role as the Sales Manager is a Player-Manager type of role. You will be tasked with managing the sales team, assisting in the closure of deals (if needed) and closing your own deals. You will have to split your time accordingly around management as well as seeking new business opportunities to help the company maximize growth and fuel the need to grow the team further.

Upon success and as your team grows, this role will shift into more of leadership focus.
