We are working with an exciting, well-backed, FinTech start-up who have taken serious strides in the market since 2015 inception.
Their solution uses Machine Learning to generate customer profiles through real-time behavioural analytics. This data is then utilized by Retail Banks, Insurance Firms and more who can develop a personalised omni-channel marketing strategy.
This is the first Sales Director role with this company who already have a UK sales team of 6. This is an individual contributor position where you will be hunting business across top level Financial Services accounts.
There will be a company target of around £1m that you'll work towards, once on track, you will look to build out the UK sales team, playing a key role in the on-boarding and development of sales team members.
The successful candidate will have:
- SaaS experience into Financial Services
- Previous start-up experience
- Out and out new business hunter
- Black book of contacts within FS
- FinTech experience ideal
