The Client

Our client is fast growing company in the Fin-Tech arena. There solution has gained huge traction in the market despite them not currently having a sales force. Their solution allows financial institutions to gain consumer data around their spending habits and develop personalities around this. This then allows them to develop personalised way to market to their customers through all channels.


Your role as the Sales Director

You will join the team as the first Sales Director. You will be tasked with further growing the company's footprint across the UK as well as Europe. Your role is new business focused, so, you will be using your experience to generate new opportunities with companies across the financial sector from: Retail Banks across to Payment companies and Insurance.

You'll be working towards the company target, and when on track, you will look to scale out your own sales team. On-boarding Inside Sales Executive and Business Development Managers, turning this role into a player-manager role as time goes on.


Requirements

*Strong experience selling a SaaS solution to Financial Services
*A black book of contacts in the Financial arena
*Experience working for a start-up
*A pure new business hunter who is self-starter and happy to get those leads for themselves
*Track record of achievement against 6 figure targets
