An International provider of Enterprise HR and Talent Management software to the Enterprise market are bringing on board an ambitious Inside Sales Executive. This position has come about through growth, and comes with a clearly defined career path into full cycle enterprise software sales.
This is a new business sales role requiring you to identify target accounts within the territory, making contact with key decision makers, primarily within FTSE 250 companies and other large enterprises.
In addition to initial contact with prospect, you will be responsible for prospect qualification, sales process planning, follow up and coordination of demo's. This is a high level inside sales role requiring the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders from target accounts and help build a profile of these accounts.
My client is going to invest in your development, and this is a stepping stone into more senior positions. They need someone who shows the potential to develop a career and grow into an enterprise sales person, therefore the ideal candidate will have the following profile;
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong education - Degree / MBA in Business, Management or HR
- 1-2 years lead generation experience in software
- Enterprise level engagements
- Confident and ambitious - want a career path into enterprise sales
- Excellent command of English language (Written & Oral)
