We are working with a very exciting transport management Start-up, who have just had a successful round of funding. They are a leading provider of coach and minibus transport services and are currently growing their global footprint. By providing an online platform as well as managed services they work with both the provider and customer to provide a cost effective solution. A good example is the customers they have in education who use their services to provide transport for their students.
They are looking to rapidly up-scale their sales team in the next 6-12months and to kick this off they are looking for an experienced and effective Head of Sales. This will be a hands on management role that will see you involved in the sales process as well as recruiting and managing the growing sales team. Solid opportunities for progression alongside the company as it looks to continue its early success.
- 5 years' experience managing a successful sales team
- Experience selling either software and/or services into education is ideal
- Track record of success
- Experience growing out an effective sale team
