Job Description

Our client, is a leading provider of work management and project management software. Their solution allows companies to effectively unify their work solutions whilst making it visible to the required stakeholder at any level within the organisation.

This solution brings together all aspects of effective management, from uniting companies with people, partners and projects to make sure their endeavours come to fruition.


The Role

You will be the Customer Success Manager and be the main driver in seamless on-boarding process of new clients. You role will see you working in sync with the sales and marketing teams, driving long-term relationships and growing existing accounts through seeking up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Your focus here will be: client satisfaction, retention and account growth, with a strong focus on increasing revenue. There is some travel involved of course to meet clients across Europe.


What they are after:

*Someone with proven success in a Customer Success or Account Management position
*Experience of having managed enterprise clients
*SaaS Background
*Experience with companies across multiple verticals
*European languages a plus, but not essential
