The role of Account Manager would see you primarily looking after and driving business with existing clients in a multi-faceted role. You would be responsible for managing all technical/functional aspects of service delivery and cross-selling/up-selling where appropriate. You will need to be able to understand the technical aspects of the software and services provided so that you can help clients with implementation and any problems they may come across.
- Recent experience in a similar role
- Understanding of consumer analytics, business intelligence or artificial intelligence services
- Pre-sales background is helpful
