Job Description

We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity with a leading provider of total workforce Human Capital Management technology. They redefine talent management with their innovative cloud technology, addressing losses in productivity and revenue that are a result of a disengaged workforce. Established on a global scale with a number of the fortune 100 companies, equipping them with meaningful data and analytics so they can make informed business decisions.

As an Account Executive you will working closely with global Enterprise Accounts creating sales and driving revenue. A hybrid role, you will be working with existing accounts as well as bring on board new accounts. You will be responsible for the 360 sales process from prospect qualification to leading an account team to develop and close sales opportunities, alongside keeping on top of industry developments, product capabilities and trends in the market.

Key Requirements:

* Excellent understanding of HR/Financial issues and processes
* Experience selling high volume HR software into enterprise accounts
* Proven track record of over achievement
* Demonstrated ability to implement business plans and sales incentives at a senior level
